JPG Photos does not require an account. We do not collect your photos, videos, or usage records, and the app includes no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs. This page explains on-device processing and network requests handled by system services.
Photo library access
The app accesses only the photos, videos, and existing metadata you authorize. It uses them for group reviews, canvas browsing, playback, favorites, sharing, and deletion review. Limited access is supported. Deletion is sent to the system only after you select items and confirm.
Local records
The app stores asset identifiers, review history, deletion operations and statistics, and preferences such as appearance, group size, and tutorial state on your device. These records are not uploaded to the developer and do not expire automatically. Browsing caches and temporary sharing files stay in the app container. Temporary files are cleaned up when the relevant operations finish normally.
Apple services and network access
When you open photo details, the app sends the photo’s existing coordinates to Apple’s geocoding service to display a place name. It does not request your device’s current location. For media stored only in iCloud, the system Photos service may download it as needed. Apple handles these requests under its privacy rules. Photos and videos are not sent to a developer server. GIFs play from local files.
Sharing you choose
Only when you use the system share sheet are selected original files passed to the recipient or app you choose. Originals may retain metadata such as capture time and location. Recipients handle files under their own policies. Sharing a Live Photo exports its original still image.
Your choices and data deletion
You can reduce or revoke photo access at any time in system Settings. Delete the app to remove its local records and preferences; offloading the app keeps its data. System backups may retain these records and restore them later. Manage backups through your system settings. Deleting the app does not delete photos from the system library. The system manages photo deletion, Recently Deleted, and iCloud Photos synchronization. The app does not automatically empty Recently Deleted. Reported resource sizes are not a promise of space freed immediately.
Contact us
If you choose to email support, we receive your sender address and message only to respond to and handle that request. The app does not automatically attach photos, usage records, or diagnostics. Please avoid sending unnecessary private photos or sensitive information.
Public website
This website is operated by 珠海香洲壹直好奇文化传媒工作室（个体工商户） on an Alibaba Cloud server. When you visit, the server processes and logs your IP address, access time, request path, and browser information to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems, and protect security. The website has no analytics, advertising, forms, or tracking cookies. The app does not attach media or usage records to website links.
